"My overall experience with the school and staff has been great. The company policy, however, on weekly tuition fees have been less than great. I have no problem paying the fees and the scheduled increases. I do have a problem paying for days when the center is closed unexpectedly (i.e AC outage, etc) and not receiving some sort of prorated refund for that week. There is also no mention of this in the documents we signed. Scheduled closures were addressed, not unscheduled."

"Overall, I have been disappointed with this school. The staff is compassionate about their jobs, but there could be more effort given by them. There could be more brightness added to the place (I.e changing of the bulletin boards with the seasons, more kid friendly decor) There has a new Director added to the team recently. She seems nice and is about her business. Hopefully, she will come in a turn the place around."
"The teachers all seem nice and the director is amazing. My only problem I've had is the opening person being late getting there multiple times a week. When they are late opening, I am late getting to work myself. There is no reason someone should be late to their job so many days every week."

"It’s been great so far! My child teacher seems to be very caring and wants the kids to learn. I do wish there was more access to playground cameras and common room areas too. Updates through out the day are a bit sparse through out the week which is a bit disappointing. Overall, my child seems to be well adjusted and happy during pick up and drop off."
"This is school has been great. My child has been there since my child was 6 months old. My child is now 2 1/2 years old. We did not attend most of 2020 due to COVID. My child was re-enrolled in January of 2021 and everything was going good until a month ago. My child’s teacher does not know how to handle her classroom. Children are very smart and realizes when an adult has no control."
"It’s been good for the most part. It could be better the parking lot is small which can become very hazardous at drop off and pick up. It has no awning to shield children from the rain. The sign in section and office is extremely small offers no privacy to discuss with the director or office staff. Anyone can walk in or jump in your conversation."
