"My experience 5 years ago was incredible, but since then the director and staff has changed. The office is disorganized and messy, and that kind of disorganization rolls over to parent accounts. They would do well with an admin to organize their office and keep it tidy since it's also the first thing parents see when they come in. Also, Ms. Lucy was very professional and had a lot of patience, and was very sweet - we really miss that in a director. You can tell the new staff seem very inexperienced and stressed all of the time, the teachers and the cook (aside from the admin staff) are the best though and I am so glad many of them are still there, it's nice to see warm and familiar faces. The curriculum is great and we're glad it will be a stepping stone for our child, our son was here until TK but now I think we'll put our daughter into preschool nearby due to the disorginanization."

"I had a bad experience with this location. I work full time at scripps hospital as a nurse and my husband handles the drop off and pick ups. I went once to go pick up my kids and wasn’t greeted and was running around trying to find them and their belongings. The second time Kristen asked me “can I help you?” Not a hello or anything. I had to explain I was Kai and Kalani’s mother. She then proceeded to talk about me behind my back with another woman that was there. I could hear what they were saying and I was offended because who are you to make me feel unwelcome when we spend money to have our kids receive proper education. I sent Kirsten an email regarding my son because they decided on day 2 they wanted him evaluated and I felt disrespected you didn’t even try to get to know him instead you made it seem like he had an issue when the issue was he was in a new environment. His pediatrician wrote that it was an unfair evaluation on the schools part. in the booklet it says it takes 2 weeks for adjustments"

"Overall the school is good, I don’t like that breakfast is considered a snack. My kids are there before I can feed them breakfast. I also don’t like that prices have also raised 5 times since my kids started less than two years ago. I also don’t think it’s fair that I can’t get the sibling/military discount just because I get aid, the school gets the same amount of money regardless of who pays."
