"My husband and I love La Petite overall! Our son is happy and loves coming, that is very important to us. However, I will say that while the staff is very friendly, personable, kind and caring; the new director seems to lack a few of these traits. Personable, in particular... When Ashley was behind the desk, she was never behind the desk (of course she spent time there I'm sure). I always remember seeing her by the front door greeting whether it was at drop off or pick up. Calling kids by their names. In and out of classrooms. A very pleasant disposition. I don't get that from Ms. Erika."

"My general experience has been good. Having professionals with the right credentials and certifications to care for my child is important. Also having teachers and staff that love/cares for the safety and education of my child. When I drop off and pick up my child, I want to feel and see that everyone there is happy to be there. It's a scary experience for parents being away from their child 8 or more hours a day, 5 days out the week."

"Overall it is a daycare center with staff as such. Communication lacks and attitude from teachers when you request more communication esp with the brightwheel app. This app is underutilized and not embraced by the school or staff esp in a digital world. Difference in teachers and classes esp in VPK this should not occur. It would be great if parents had access to the cameras. Boo boos are not reported and dismissed or minimized when brought up. Teachers do not engage with parents some teachers don’t even say hi to kids or parents. Some processes are antiquated and more variety of equipped should be provided vs legos all the time. On a positive note some teachers are great and caring and the Director Ashley has always tried to be accommodating in an ever changing world."

"We always receive a warm welcome, when we enter the La Petite. I have watched my daughter grow and blossom, as we walk back to her class I always see other children walk up to her and exchange hugs. In all, I am extremely happy and relieved that my daughter has a safe school to go to where children thrive. This particular La Petite is extremely well structured with staff that are loving, professionals and always have the children's best interests in mind. La Petite is always having extracurricular activities like dance, outdoor sports, summer camp and special guests who might read stories, and entertain. When I was originally looking for a daycare or educational system for my daughter, I never had anything like this in mind. La Petite has come up with an answer for any issues or concerns we might have as new parents."

"It seems like they are dismissive to our concerns. They do not communicate enough. I would like to know what my child is learning each week esp in the VPk program so I can reinforce it at home in advance of the week. I also am disappointed with there use of the BrigtWheel app and they do not embrace technology and have excuses when ask. They seem to not know about things the home corporation advertise. They also do not want to hear about issues with the teachers and cover up when trying to addrsss them. This is the 1st Experience for many kids and the tearchers should be caring and embrace learning. Unfriendly or disgruntled employees and staff does not make for a friendly environment."
