"Things could be better. I wish my son wouldn't come home with a diaper rash and I feel all of your employees should complete DHS classes to be educated on areas of what age group they are working with. I only like one teacher in the facility. I brought my son with high hopes and good thoughts about this daycare and I'm no where near that expectation as the day I enrolled him. After seeing my son being pulled by his arm, I lost all trust that my son is actually being cared for outside of the one teacher who usually cares for him."

"It took a while but after they cut a few bad weeds from garden it has improved. Everyone seems happy to be there. There is one staff member Margret. I have had to inform her that the children need attending to when picking up my child. I have also noticed that on the days she is there in the evening she is her messiest and dirtiest. My spouse has voiced the the same concern as well."

"The schools director needs to learn how to fully become a leader. I have worked in management before and part of being a leader is being able to take constructive criticism. Being able to address concerns without starting an all out verbal confrontation with the most important person the customer. This school also lacks proper communication as from day 1 of my child attending we had alot of important miscommunication. As a childcare provider and taking care of a parents most important person or person's that being their children, having alot of miscommunication sends vibes to the parents that maybe your child isnt truly safe in their care. I think with perhaps either more extensive training for the schools director Angie or a new school director, this school could excel into something special. Assistant Director Dee has shown to me she has great leadership qualities and perhaps should be given a look at having a more important role at this school."
"I have had a decent experience with this school as far as my child’s happiness. The management is horrible and do not care for staff retention or anything and that takes a toll on a child because of so many new teachers coming and going"
"At first I really enjoyed this school. But lately it seems very disorganized. Never the same teacher kicking kids out and putting them in another classroom because of the teacher vs kids ratio. Maybe they need to hire more help. Also realize that all kids are NOT the same. Learn how to teach each kid differently. They all have different personalities. Realize that kids like routines and if you switch them to different teachers all of the time that will mess up their routine and can cause them to act up. If a kid acts up I understand they won't do time out but maybe something else. They cant go outside and play or they cant participate in a fun activity. Do not call a parent to pick up a child just because they wont take a nap. I would think that would be a daily phone call to parents with all of the kids there. I cant believe my child was the only one that didn't take a nap that day. And DO NOT tell a parent that they think their child is not developed enough for a 4 year old program. Was told by the director. What makes her qualified to tell anyone that a child is not developing correctly."

"I love some of the staff. Mrs Angie and Ms Stephanie are always nice and professional and Ms. D. The younger staff could use a 101 of language choice when speaking to parents about the children. I would like a area for car seats to be kept. I feel as though I’m the one making the accommodations for the school and not the other way around"
"When my oldest son went it was wonderful he was there for 2 years. Since my youngest has went it's been a nightmare."
"When we first started we got the initial tour but our first day after enrollment no one showed us how to check in and out or how to take the kids to class. I think they just assumed we knew how and maybe it was accidentally over looked in the busyness of the morning. So, now, when we do something incorrectly or have a question, the director, Angie always has an attitude. Like our question or what we are doing is dumb and we should know better. Other then that, we have really loved the daycare and especially the boys teachers. They are always making me feel comfortable about dropping them off and I know my children are loved."

"My son is excited EVERYDAY to go to tgis daycare. He loves his teachers. My 3 month old is very well cared for & the infant teachers are alslways excited to see her. Trusting someone else to care for my children is hard, but the Staff at La Petite make it alot easier."
