"My daughter started in the 2's room and has since graduated and is in kindergarten. My son started at 11 wks old and is now 4 1/2 years old. For all those years, my husband and I loved PLA and its teachers. So friendly, loving to our kids, and a real personal connection. Many of the great teachers are no longer there, whether by choice or asked to leave- I'm not sure. Since this director came on board, there seems to be a lot of fear amongst the staff, teachers overworked and stressed, and ultimately the families are feeling it. I have 2 close friends who have children st LPA Nd are feeling the same as I am. Both are pulling their kids. It's sad, we used to be really happy here!"

"Overall the teachers are caring, they take good cam are of my kids and I know they are safe at school. The two year old teachers are wonderful and treat my son as their own. The pre-k this year has been a mess and some a great teacher was pushed out when the new director took over. Overall, I think the new director means well but does not manage the staff or the school in an effective, organized manner. For both of my children, the best experiences were at the 2 and 3 year old levels."
