Always show care concern and a willingness to help students in areas of improvement and keep the line of communication open with all matters to include student incidents or behaviors on the bus on the grounds or field trips. Work with parents on keeping expectations and expenses to a minimum when it comes to late fees or logging out on time. Experience has been easy going and wonderful for both the student and I."
