"My 2 year old has had a wonderful experience with Ms. Angie, Ms. Shanetta, Ms. Tracy, and Ms. Brittnee! These teachers are the reason why we have stayed even after we moved. I traveled alot in my first child's first year of life. Ms. Angie made me feel extremely comfortable with having her class take care of him while I was gone. She is an exceptional teacher!!!! Ms. Shanetta has my child in the two year old class and she has taught my first child so much and helped me with working through some typical behavior issues. She is very experienced, professional, and a joy to speak with daily!My second child is in the infant class. I am concern with the level of training the new teachers have in this classroom. I assume all infant teachers are trained to the same standard but I am worried that's not the case. I have spoken to the Director and I hope she addresses my concerns."

A complaint was received on January 24, 2019 an investigation was initiated on the same day regarding two, three year old children leaving the playground through an unlocked fence and entered the parking lot on January 23, 2019. A second complaint regarding the same incident was received on February 1, 2019. During the investigation children and staff records were reviewed. A walking tour of the building outside and inside was conducted, staff and parent interviews were conducted on site and via telephone. The information gathered during the investigation, which concluded on February 7, 2019, supports the allegation and the complaint is determined to be valid. Additionally, violations not reported as a part of the complaint were found during the investigation. All violations appear on the violation notice including: sight and sound supervision, care and protection, ratios and children?s records. Video footage was reviewed on January 29, 2019. Violations were reviewed with the program director and district manager during the exit interview on."
"We love several of the long term teachers we've gotten to work with. However, staffing seems to be difficult at this location, and we've been wary multiple times about leaving knowing the teacher has her hands full of way to many toddlers (or infants). The school has had trouble finding a director, as no one seems to stay long here. Our favorite people all love the children and have been fantastic role models, surrogate parents while we work, teachers, and friends to the kids and families."

I only pay $46.00 per week but I still wasn't able to afford it being that my rent alone is $1645.00. The director was very understanding and gave me ample time to get things caught up. She had empathy and was very understanding."

"As mentioned above the director and assistant director are consistently blaming corporate for issues revolving around NACCRA payments being applied to our account. Not willing to work with us when there is a delay in payment. Teachers are all great, we have little issues with them. Previous Director and Assistant Director were excellent and always took our concerns serious and would work to come to a conclusion not just blame someone else."

"The directors seem to be the biggest problem. The communication is bad, as far as putting out info, sometimes the teachers won't know something until last minute so when I ask my sons teacher just found out about an event or a payment that may be due for summer school. communication is key and you can tell it's lacking between the directors and the teachers."

"It started off GREAT 3 years ago. I LOVED it. It has gone down hill the past few years. Megan has improved and I am happy with her. I feel that Ms. Tracee disregards many of my concerns. The newer teachers, specifically Ms. Hailey, are awful. New class room furniture and equipment was delivered to the school nearly a month ago and it was just left lying around the building and it looked awful. The overall quality of this school has decreased drastically the past 1.5 years."
