"Our experience started out well. There were quality teachers and a helpful, positive director. As time passed and the new director came, the good teachers started to leave, morale dropped, teachers stopped showing up. Communication was poor and was usually centered around negativity. Positive messages were never sent from the director. She does not speak kindly to parents or staff."

"I love her teachers, but the class she would be going to the teacher does not support the students and encourage or uplift them and I've seen her belittle the kids numerous times, even after alerting the director. The director belittles their staff, so it's no surprise the teachers do it too. There is an extremely high turnover here, and short staff constantly that they shut down classes early or altogether leaving parents in a bind. With the constant subs in the classrooms there's no consistency in teaching so the kids are suffering educationally. We are pulling out kid out and moving to a different daycare. The only thing I will miss is the cameras, but I checked often due to lack of trust."

"Love the assistant director and previous director. New director does not seem as warm as previous. Some of the School age teachers do not seem as engage with the kids as they could. I also do not like the change in policy where you now only get one week of half priced tuition if your child is not in attendance for the full week, especially in the summer. I also think closing time should go back to 6 PM"

"Since the new director has taken over this school has felt like a money grab. All correspondence coming out on SproutAbout has been, if we don’t do this or that we will be fined. I understand that this is a business, but I would rather hear about administrative matters in person and see mass correspondence sent out about viruses/illness that are going around school. Mass communications should be in regards to fun activities and events, address everything high else at an individual level."

"In general, inquiries with school leadership can be sluggish to get a response, or sometimes not at all. I can understand it’s a crazy environment and often understaffed but for the significant amount of money paid to care for my children, I’d expect for attentive service from the staff."

There has been some staff turnover, but my kids always really enjoy their teachers. So they do a nice job hiring. Mr. Brian is a current favorite!"
