"Overall, I have felt my child is safe but do have issues with the lack of care some times from the teacher when sending him home for the day. Often times, my son will lose a shoe and it takes them hours before they put a shoe back on him and the lack of keeping him clean (wiping nose) has been a factor of unhappiness."

"Absolutely terrible. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS FACILITY. They ignore kids. They do not adhere to a curriculum. They lie to the parents about what's going on throughout the day. Our daughter wasn't changed at all one day and other days is only getting one new diaper. She is ignored even when she is crying. The teachers do not develop or interact with kids unless they are their favorite few. They lost a pacifier literally day one and then we were lied to about it until we pressed further. We send a crib sheet and blanket for nap time but either it's not used by our daughter or it's being used by another kid. This is NOT sanitary and shows absolutely zero control and organization by the teachers. I believe most of them should get their certifications revoked and immediately fired. This is ALL on camera too. Then they try to lie to you about it and then back track when you bring up that you watched them on the cameras."

Because of the policy, they deduct early fees from your account.Also, one day I walked in and saw one of the teachers for the toddlers sitting on the floor eating their snacks, didn't look professional. She looked lazy and greedy"

"Our experience has been fantastic. Our child has grown quite a bit in the time that he has been enrolled here. His behavior has improved so much and overall he seems much happier. His previous daycare was a bit chaotic, however they schedule here is great and they work with him on different things. He seems to have adjusted well and we are grateful to Kacie and Abagail for all that they do in running the school. There are always lots of activities for the kids. The teachers here are very friendly and seem happy to work with children. We as parents always feel very informed. Great experience so far!"

"The school is wonderful. Especially the infant classroom. Everyone is loving and caring. I am not sure what the disconnect is, but when my son went through the twos/preschool/pre-k classes, we had conferences. I don't have anything like that with my daughter. However I do love the school overall, although I don't hear much about how my son does in the school-age classroom."
