"Overall, the experience has been fine. At times some teachers seem overwhelmed. At other times some appear to not necessarily have that nurturing ability. However, many teachers are excellent and genuinely take pride in the development of the children. Communication could be improved as when my children get hurt or have incidents where they where not the aggressors we often don’t hear about them until the end of the day, if at all. On the other hand if they are the aggressors or they have a bad day we get flooded with messages via the app."

Firstly, there is a very foul smell of feces when you walk in the facility, it is prominent most days. ** Staff communication/customer service/engagement: The former assistant director who was fired was very engaging. The new asst. director barely talks to parents and does not speak to our son's behavioral technician. The main director seems very stressed all the time, and that is nothing personal against her.. but the woman who was fired was very friendly, ALWAYS gave us updates about our child. Even small things like talking about something he engaged in or was fixated on that day. We rarely receive any positive feedback or information, the features on the app are under utilized, I realize communication can be challenging but would be nice to get more updates from the teachers and for the management team to make an effort to slow down and talk more. Also, Concord is HOT and the play area is not well shaded. Should be more trees and shade, update play area"

"We have thoroughly enjoyed our time with La Petite. All of our daughter’s teachers (Ms. Jamilah, Ms. Brenda, and Ms. Stacey especially) have been wonderful and feel like family to us. We feel like she’s getting the same care, education, and love that she receives at home."
