"I'm disappointed by your organization - your corporate offices and local schools seem to have no accurate information available to both. This wasted my time and left me with a very poor impression of La Petite."

"Newer parents aren't always shown how to do everything properly or what resources or tools are available (computer system, payment options, Childs personal folder). I don't know what I don't know so I sometimes feel lost as to how things work. Also, I don't feel like a good amount of time is spent explaining what moving to the next class is like. I was just passed a note. Finding out that certain things aren't provided when my child moves up in a few weeks was a bit of a shock and has made us feel like we are ill prepared and now need to speed up our child's development to get them ready in a short amount of time. The Director and Teachers should understand some parents are first time parents and are still figuring out things as they go. We're following our plan with our pediatrician but the school has a more aggressive plan so we are out of sync. Otherwise, we are very happy with ALL of our teachers. They are friendly, loving and we feel our child is safe, happy and learning each day!"

"I love this school. My child is a premi and because of her school she has developed beyond her actual age and has been off her adjusted scale for a while. My child's specialists know her school and are glad she goes there. I have yet to meet a staff member, teacher or office staff, that hasn't been nice and willing to answer what ever questions I may have at that moment. I couldn't ask for a better school for my child"

"I can tell there are a lot of toddlers in the classroom. Sometimes more than there should be it seems like for the teachers. I don't understand why they can't put bibs on the kids. Especially for meal times with messy food. I once picked up my child that was covered head to toe in yogurt. How does that happen? I've been to other day cares and the children have wear a t shirt over their clothes during meal times. I've also picked up my child with marker all over their face. If teacher didn't see it happen, at least be kind enough to wipe it off. I'll admit, this day care has had a lot to do with my child's development. My child's communication skills surpass all of my friends with children who stay at home. My child also has amazing social skills due to La Petite as well."
