"It might just be the longevity of our attendance at the center, but our family feels like there has been a lack of communication with changes within the school. Most of the time, I see different teachers in the building and am not sure who they are or what room they are in (if it effects my child or not). When we first started, everything was paper copy and we were introduced to new staff and now, we are lucky to get it off the communication app. Dont get me wrong, I like all the teachers, it would just be nice to know who they are. Also, the price for registration seems extremely high compared to most places and even though we took advantage of the early registration, it was part of the cause for me to start looking elsewhere. The teachers are the ones who really hold our family there and the friends my child has made."

We would like at least 1 picture per day as some days there are none and we always miss our girl when at work!I would like to see a rule that caretakers of infants/babies were non-smokers. Probably my only gripe so far.Otherwise the teachers have been very nice and caring for our child and seem invested in her well being."

"The woman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful. Seemed excited for us to come check out the facility. Gave me options for tuition that best suit my needs. Upon arrival she greeted me and my son. Was playful with him. The teachers in the two year old room were very nice and talked to me for a while and answered all of my questions. My son warmed up fast and played for a bit. Great experience!"
