"When I come in the mornings the teachers are sitting in the front eating or drinking their breakfast. Some speak some don’t. Then you walk to the back and there’s teachers yelling at the kids then when they see a parent they try to act like they were not yelling. The room smells bad. I have not changed the school yet because the location is very convenient for me."

"Events they are holding are never clearly posted until maybe a day or two before. They will be having a party in the class with a sign up sheet a day before they are wanting to have the party for us to sign up and bring things. Also with the recent tution increase I wasn't made aware till an email was sent on a Tuesday said the tution increased Monday. (the day before the email was sent)The email reference that there was a previous email sent out prior but I have no reference of that email. When I asked my director what day she sent that email so I could review my inbox, she couldnt answer when it was sent orginially. They need to help us parents plan better for the event they are hosting."

"We love this school. Isaac loves his teachers now and loved the teachers in the baby room before being moved up. The entire staff is super friendly and they all seem to really like working with kids. The administration has always been quick to answer my questions and look into any issues I've had. We will be sad to leave this school when we move later this year."

"All lies no team work between the staff. Dirty. They have the brightwheel app that they barely use but yet wheel you in using that as a selling point. My son caught hand foot mouth twice there. My son came home with his formula untouched from 7am till 5pm that was the last straw called DCF on them."

"It’s a great location for a good price, but there needs to be the same teachers for more than two weeks and teachers that are better trained especially kids with special needs. They need to cut class sizes because the daycare feels crowded and makes the kids feel anxious which puts teachers on edge and then they yell. It also feels dirty and my child has been sick every month or two from other kids. She also cries at drop off because the teachers don’t let them get up from a chair or greet them warmly. My daughter was done until a month ago and now hates going. The daycare has potential to be great but needs work."

"Overall I really like the school. I do wish that they would do monthly conference meetings with the parents even if it is summer time. This way if you have a toddler there both parents and teachers are on the same page each month. You have my child more than I do and I think it is beneficial to parents of toddlers to get on the same page as the teacher and they are constinatly changeing so monthly meetings would be great."

"I’m always in the know with this school as opposed to the last. They are so organized, attentive and friendly. I’ve been failing at potty training my daughter and they trained her in two days. They send me pictures of her through the day, update me whenever they can. And are very responsive if I send a message. I love this school and have seen a HUGE difference in my daughter since. She’s much more talkative, her sentences are much clearer, she’s more patient and has less temper tantrums. She loves going to school. (Unlike her last) We are so very happy and grateful."

"I once considered pulling my children from the school when Ms. Connie was the director. I did the same survey last year and scored the school much lower because of this. Now that Ms. Marisa is the director everything is great!!! She is just fabulous at managing the staff as well as the children and parents. She really cares and listens to any concerns.
