"My son really like the school program and we us parents were very satisfied with the friendliness and kindness that was felt in the atmosphere. He had a great time being part of la petite on summer time. He sure will be back."
"I would appreciate more input from staff on my child. It would be nice to know how my child is doing in class, how my child is progressing and so on. It seems the only time I hear any input is from front desk staff and it is often when there has been an issue. Communication needs to be improved. Instead of hanging a sign in the front and expecting parents to see it, emails and the brightwheel app should be used to keep parents informed and updated."
"This school is great for development and inclusion of all types of children"
"Great! Teachers are wonderful"
"Good, we like Ms. Pam and Ms. Anne"
"For the most part all has been well. However, a few times we've had questions or concerns about certain situations and we are made to feel as if our concerns aren't valid because of the response from the people at the front desk. Almost seems like they are playing damage control or sweeping concerns under the rug instead of listening, apologizing and offering resolution to the problems."
"Great. Love this Woodbridge location. Ms. Pam does a wonderful job and is truly professional and very kind as with all the staff members. Especially during a pandemic this place has been nothing but the best for me and my family."
"So far my children have had a wonderful time here. They have learned new skills on a regular basis and enjoy themselves daily. keep up the great work."
"Pre schoolers should be concentrated on even where there are shortage of teachers. This will make more time to prepare them for kindergarten"
"Overall the school is improving. I still think they have a ways to go to become a top rated school. During shift changes, the next person knows nothing about the child or their day which really brings down the turnover experience. Communication is their major lacking component. Also if you need to tell me something about my child, don't wait until pickup time when my child is in my arms. Schedule to speak with me in a closed setting so I can give you my attention and you can give me yours. And the teacher should be involved in the conversation as well. There's a lot of I don't know answers to questions teachers and staff should know. Overall attention to detail needs work and this place could really be top notch."
"The staff is extremely dedicated to well-being of all the children and the staff members. I would love to see more external programs come in and do activities with the children."
"Ms. Pam is an awesome director. She loves the children and very attentive to the needs and concerns of the parents!!"
"I have truly enjoyed having my daughter attend this daycare. All of her experiences. And mine as well. The location is great. Price is good. Cheapest I was able to find. And they sold me on the curriculum they explained was going to happen. Everything has been really good."
"My General experience with the school has been great so far. The director is the best. She is very nice and help me and my wife a lot in terms of things we need to know. The staff too are great and I feel safe leaving mi kid there."
"The infant room teacher is amazing. My toddler still begs to go see her. She has been at the school for 15 or so years, the only consistent face at the school. My son, who we pulled out about a year ago also adored her. The director and asst director clearly care about the kids, but I think their push to make a profit (which I understand is part of a business), may drive some of the turnover issues. They also keep the teacher numbers too low at drop off and pick up so that the student/teacher ratio is off most of the time at those hours. When my son still went there at age 3, I would sometimes drop off and he would be one of 20 kids in the room with just one teacher and some kids in the room were only 2. When you have to deal with kids going potty and needing help, kids crying because their parents left, kids fighting over toys, etc. that must be extremely stressful for the teacher and unacceptable for a parent."
