"I get a majority of my feedback from my wife, few times I’ve been there to pick up my son or drop him off, teachers are spread to thin. This location needs more help."

"Overall I feel my child is loved and cared for here, and it is conveniently located and priced. There are a few teachers who have been there the whole year + that we have, and they are wonderful. But many wonderful teachers have left in that short time, which is concerning. They do not have enough teachers to keep kids in the same classroom consistently (mainly moving the 1.5-2.5 year olds around)."

"The school needs a major overhaul on the interior. The walls and doors are filthy. The facilities are subpar for what we pay, and it almost always stinks."

"My only concern with this school is the changing of directors. Seems to be a lot of workers/directors leave for some reason or another. I feel they need a more stable team of employees."

"Our children are in foster care and need consistency and stability. The constant turnover has put us in a difficult position. Once the courts decide if they will go home or be available for adoption, we will move them to a program that can offer higher quality teachers and maintain directors for longer than 3 months."

"I have watched staff lose motivation with the new director. I’ve seen her be rude and disrespectful to staff and as a result all of the people my children have loved are leaving. 1 teacher remains. It seems alarming that my children have experienced 7 different teachers in the past 8 months. Also, I would prefer the option to potty train at 18m. Our child has been ready to potty train but the daycare cannot support those efforts until 2y."

"Overall positive. The school is currently closed for 14 days due to a covid exposure which feels like overkill. Children who may have been exposed should show symptoms within a week if they are going to and so to closed beyond that after sanitation is a huge hassle to those of us who work in healthcare on the front lines trying to care for actual patients with covid."

"Director tends to change a lot at this location. Also why I couldn’t answer the first few questions, we currently don’t have a director. I want communication with my child’s teacher, I want to know what they work on during “preschool” and how she’s doing with it, I currently receive no insight other than that of a 4yr old who typically can’t even remember what they had for breakfast that day."

"When we first started at the Santa Fe location, I absolutely loved it. Ms. Jamie was helpful, she answered all questions, staff communicated better amongst themselves and handled my concerns in a proper manner. Lately, we’ve been misinformed about a lot, no one takes responsibility for such actions, my child was sent home with **** matter on her pants from a previous blowout, and the teacher said she was unaware of the issue, yet failed to apologize or even fix the issue. The teachers in her room continually have an issue with miscommunication between the morning staff and the evening staff."
