"The teachers and staff in general, show genuine concern for the overall well-being of my children."

"It has come to my attention that teachers are sent home if the children in their room do not show up and they are not paid for this time. There are two concerns here for me. The first is that teachers are not allowed to use this time to clean their rooms and they have to come in early to do this work instead. The other concern is that parents are paying a dedicated fee expecting the teachers to be receiving a dedicated salary. Without this structure, I am concerned that teachers will choose to leave over the unsure working conditions, and this will continue to exacerbate the issues with care staff retention. These teachers should be provided a steady income to ensure job security."

"Overall we've been happy! My kids love their teacher and the staff. There was some concern with staff members leaving and teachers the kids had previously, they really loved them and are sad to see they've left. It has seemed like fewer teachers are there now. On days when their primary teacher isn't there, I feel like the kids don't get the same educational experience as what they'd have otherwise, but all in all we've been happy"

"The front office staff is very friendly and the teachers are nice. They do seem to be short on staffing and it wouldn't be nice to not see my kids watching TV when I pick him up. The pickup times have varied and they are consistently watching TV over multiple days. The other day is there left to just play randomly which is good but I wonder what projects there offered if any."

"The staff and director works hard and loves the kids, but the tuition is high and getting higher and this is clearly going to corporate overhead rather than being reinvested in the school, facilities, extra experiences for the kids or continued teacher training. Considering several highly qualified teachers with a lot of experience have recently left its clearly also not being spent on staff retention. It's a shame because this used to be a great school"

"There has been a lot of change in leadership. At times, communication is lacking from leadership. Our experience with the current teachers have been great overall and our children enjoy their time at La Petite. There has been significant increases in tuition prices since we have started."

"Overall we have a great experience with the education and teachers at the school. But with COVID cases sky rocketing we are concerned that some teachers are starting to waver on wearing masks correctly. Two of our friend's daycares have had positive cases in the past two weeks and we are worried. We don't want to pull our child from school and have never had an issue with her primary teacher. But it would go a long way if the administration reminded all the faculty of the importance of mask wearing and correcting staff when they wear it below their nose."
