"From the moment I had taken an interview with La Petite Academy. I have been very happy. The staff is amazing. I like the fact I can see my child at any point in the day. I get daily updates and pictures of my child. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for daycare."

"Disappointed with the quality of care. There are too many teachers in and out of my child’s room so he has struggled to get used to the environment and form a bond with anyone. They are not good with communicating or using the app to follow parent requests. I rarely see them engaging with my child for play or trying to comfort him when he is crying."

"All in all this is a great school. They do encourage the kids to be self-sufficient and I appreciate that. BUT, when my grandson has his shoes on the wrong feet most of the day without his socks (missing), it leaves hot spots on his little feet that are painful. Maybe if the teachers can let the kids do it but look over and make sure they are on the right feet and switch if not. Also, when there is an incident, I have not been notified or given a written form stating what happened. Granted the things that have happened were not severe. Anyway, I do appreciate all of the teachers and staff so much. They are all so kind."

"I had put some of my concerns on a different page. i did want to give a little appreciation to one of the new hires from infant 1 (not discrediting any other teachers) but she has shown a lot of interest in all the babies equally and i love that she wears a scrub to work and looks professional."

"I rate as average.....somethings are good: live streaming, most of the teachers cordial and respectful, location of school.some areas need improvement: Arrangement of meals (individualized care should be provided when they eat meals, to make sure they get proper nutrition). When kids are eating teacher should not do any other work only take care whether everybody eating properly or not."

"I originally started with a private baby sitter when I went back to work after having my daughter, but with a little bit of a hectic work schedule, it wasn’t really working out. I chose this daycare last minute because I had run out of options, but it turned out to be the best decision! All of the teachers in the infant room are so loving and caring towards my daughter, and communicate with me regularly to keep me updated on her progress with everything. I receive multiple pictures a day and they greet me at drop off and pickup with genuine excitement that we are there. I’m excited for my daughter to have the opportunity to form a foundation with all of the teachers and providers as she progresses into the big kid classrooms and eventually preschool."
