"I have never had a problem with the teachers my son has had. However, the director needs to be removed and someone who likes kids and has EXPERIENCE being a director needs to be there. I don't care for the eye rolls and the disregard for concern when it comes to my child or someone elses. My job as a teacher there is to not only help the kids learn but also to keep them safe. This is not the concern of the director here."

"Our general experience has been very good. There have been some increased inconsistencies recently that we think are because of staff turnover, but we have still been overall pleased with the care our children get. My kids tend to be excited to see their teachers, which is the greatest reassurance for me that the staff are doing good things with and for them. The staff genuinely seem to care about our children, which makes leaving them 5 days a week a little easier."

"We are extremely happy with the care that our infant and toddler receive. The teachers in the infant room are loving and make us feel comfortable leaving our very young infant. The teachers for our toddler are very energetic and provide the exact atmosphere that she needs. Our 4 year old actually asks to be in the two year old’s class because she loves the teachers as well. Our 4 year old has some trouble in the pre-school room as she likes to be challenged and we feel that she may be a little ahead of the the other children in the class. She has some anxiety over naptime as she has not taken regular naps since the age of 2.5. She doesn’t particularly like going and usually has to be peeled off of us when we drop her off. This is a bit out of the norm for her as she has gone to daycare/babysitter since she was 12 weeks old and attended 2 years of formal pre-school and we have never had such separation anxiety."
