They worked with us so much. We tried lots of different drop offs, they messaged me through out the day, and never made me feel like a bother. "Director Angie is unprofessional and when I bring up serious concerns just gets defensive towards the teachers and blames me for not doing my part for not watching cameras or being up at school more. If I bring concerns she should acknowledge my concerns as a parent and inform the teacher and circle back with me or set up meetings with us. I’ve had to demand meeting with the teacher and director when there have been serious issues and the repone I get is maybe, I will have to see.....eventually they did the meeting per our request but there are never any parent teacher conferences. Staff claims they are here to help but no follow through and evertime I bring up concern to teachers Connie or Kirsten I get blown off. Christal is the only staff who is empathetic, respectful, and honestly tries to help and if she can’t she’s very respectful and sympathetic she truly cares about my child. Angie and the others just ingore it, say I don’t know or have blamed me when I’m trying to make it work"

"I have been very happy with La Petite Crosslands. Angie and Crystal are very caring and have an obvious interest in the safety, success and health of my children. There have been some incidents that involved other children or even a staff member that were taken care of promptly and to my satisfaction. I know my children are being well taken care of when I drop them off here."
