"My 9 month old loves his school. He practically climbs out of his car seat when we arrive each morning. He loves his teachers and will reach for them out of my arms. I get consistent feedback that he had a good day and did really well and the teachers are excited to share his progress with me. I often see a teacher holding and rocking him when I view the livestream. All of this proves to me he enjoys being at school and his teachers love being there with him. Knowing my infant is safe, happy, and cared for at school is so important while I’m at work. It’s worth every penny."

Teachers have left leaving the location understaffed resulting in our child getting moved back down to lower classrooms developmentally."

"We hate it here. We pay more than our mortgage in fees to this place, and the care is terrible. Considering this place as a school, our child is not really learning and doing much. We never get photos of our child's activities anymore, and our child rarely even brings home things he's worked on there. We're not really convinced there is any kind of education curriculum here. So, moving from school to just a baby sitting service, things are not much better. As mentioned, our child's safety is not really seriously taken into consideration, and we've had a number of incidents over the time he has been here. Nevertheless, we spend > $1600 / month to send our child here for this. If we had more flexibility and options, we would leave immediately, but we feel a little bit stuck at the moment. Hopefully we can get out of this place soon!"

"We've pretty much had problems from early on. From physical abuse (which was resolved adequately) to poor health and safety guideline adherence to aids that did very little to engage and enrich the children under their care, we've seen a lot here. If it didn't cost more than our mortgage, I may be a little more forgiving (well, except for physical abuse and lack of covid safety protocols) of things like just letting the kids sit and watch cartoons on an iPad for hours, or staff not really playing and interacting with the kids. For the cost, you'd be just as well sending your kids elsewhere."
