"While my daughter has grown to make some friendships here and her new teacher this year is more engaged with activities, I have decided to stick with this school. However, I am not thrilled about knowing she doesn't eat throughout the day, therefore not getting proper nutrition and I am not thrilled knowing she comes home with scratches from time to time and no one was aware.of the incident which tells me no one pays attention to the details and the children at a more intimate level. I often see dirty underclothes on my child, which tells me no one helped wipe her after she went to the bathroom at school or followed up with her if she needed assistance. I would hope for a 4 year old, the teacher would do the initiating to ask rather wait for the child to ask for assistance. I wish the teachers would be more alert and pay closer attention to the children more than just ensure the whole group was okay."

"It was positive at first, though with concerns of level of competence of teachers and with cleanliness of rooms. Since moving to the Two room, I’ve had repeated issues with one teacher specifically. I worry about yelling, safety, engagement with a very crowded class, lack of curriculum when it matters most at age 2. We are looking for alternatives."

And while my daughter’s first teachers have been wonderful, the new teacher she has gotten in recent months does not adhere to the standards as advertised and the lack of accountability from management makes me concerned that they are either not paying attention or are choosing to ignore the issues."

"Love the teachers and staff I met before the pandemic. I think the school has done a great job keeping kids safe at this scary time, but I think now that we are 1+ into this pandemic, the school needs to find a new norm.... offer video conferencing with teachers and a better communication chain for pick up instead of having parents stand in a long line outside the school. Maybe ask parents to use the Ap and give an eta for pick up. I also feel like now that I can only rely on the Ap for communication with the teachers, I actually get less notification on the Ap then pre pandemic when I could physically talk to teachers every day.Still great engagement/ activities and creative ideas the Director and staff come up with to keep kids reading/ excited about learning."
