"My 3 year old attended this “school” for one week. I was informed on Friday of that week that he had “several times” throughout the week left the class room on his own. He’s an explorative little boy so it’s normal for him to be curious about new environments.

My questions were 1. Why wasn’t I informed that this was happening? And 2. How is your classroom so insecure that a 3 year old who is not very good at opening doors was able to walk right out unnoticed?

When I took time out of my day to speak with the sorry excuse of a director, Nissa, she was immediately defensive and tried placing blame on myself and my 3 year old child. And was continuously referencing that everything that do is “up to state regulations” and not once apologized. She ended the conversation by saying “You’re being rude. This is a corporation and if you’re not happy you don’t have to be here”.

I was very disappointed in my experience here, especially considering how promising it seemed upon the tour.

I had wanted for my son to have a positive experience at school but instead when we got home today I had to explain to him that he wouldn’t be able to go back because some people are mean and incompetent at their jobs (in words a 3 year old could understand of course).

I’ve already spoken with corporate and will be reporting the safety concerns to DCF."

"The teachers are warm, caring, and treat my baby as if she was their own. I’ve never had a child in daycare before, and they made the process painless for all of us. My baby is excited when she gets there!"

"General experience has been overall great. Most teachers I feel genuinely love my kids and that’s most important. There has been struggles and growing pains when there was a period of high turnover but no issues in the last year. Only other complaint is when there is poor communication between the teacher and parent and not even director was aware of the behavioral concerns brought up by the teacher. Never resolved. No idea if it’s gotten better or worse. I wish we would get more notifications on the App but also understand it may be difficult with so many students. Lastly, I think the teacher student ratio for the younger kids should be changed so one teacher will not feel so overwhelmed and more manageable to give each child and class the attention they need to strive."

"My child has been going there for about a year now and I couldn’t be more happy that I have chosen this place for my child. It started at the tour , the director Mrs. Nissa was so warm and welcoming she even picked up my child and gave her a hug which my child that was a little scared walking into a new school. Nissa showed me around the whole school even through we were just looking at the toddler room . Every room we went into every teacher greeted us. We enrolled the following week, and been there every sense."

"We have had an issue or two in the past, but this last year has been so good for us and our children. The teachers and staff truly make a difference. It’s comforting knowing our children are well cared for and the teachers are happy to be there. The director also takes all our concerns seriously and reassures us in any changes or circumstances that may arise. Overall, very happy with LPA."

"I absolutely love this school and I recommend anyone to bring their children here. The staff is great and make you feel apart of the school. I love their app where it tells you everything you need to know about your child. The staff is very respectful and always make you feel welcomed. They keep you up on everything."

"Good Evening, I have a couple concerns that I would like an explanation for I’ve talked to teachers and these matters are still in going. The first thing is when will there be a consistent teacher for the early preschool class since my daughter has moved to the class she has had 4 teachers I have also noticed that there is no curriculums activities being done which it has been months since my daughter has brought home any projects from school and the work that’s up in the class has been up for months. I don’t feel my daughter is getting a week round education at your center due to the lack of experience teachers in the center. Another issue is every day I pick up her nose is disgusting I have addressed this issue with the teachers and the director and it’s still an on going issue. I can be contacted at ***-***-****. "This year school year has been excellent for my child. The teachers look out for the kifs, buy allow them to be kids. The activities are good for social skill building. They allow kids to be kids. The front desk is always professional and they keep me up to date on upcoming registration. Positive experience for my child and for me as well."
