"The biggest strength is the people. I love my kids teachers and the director. I think they listen to me. There was a time when I didn’t feel heard but they made appropriate adjustments and learned my kids. I am concerned with the high turnover and at times low faculty ratio as it results in my kids being moved around. I can tell that those are their struggle days because they are adjusting to different people."

"I am overall pleased with La Petite Academy. I know my child is safe and is learning and engaging with other children and activities. He eats well there. The day care is clean, they always greet me. My son's teacher usually gives me a quick summary of how the day went. I am able to see my child via camera. I get updates on his toileting and eating. They also send pictures 2-3 times a week. I'm glad I chose this wonderful day care."

"I love la Petite Academy. I know my kid is taken care of. They update me on his food intake which includes breakfast, lunch and snacks. Diaper changes, learning activities, outside play time and nap times. My two year old has a routine with them (nap and meal times) that we try not to break in the weekend so it's lovely. I also enjoy seeing him on livestream once or twice a day and go about my day with no concerns! They always greet me and communicate with me. It's a good experience and they are 8 minutes from my house. I'm very satisfied."

"This school has a live video feed for parents all day long. As a parent, you get to watch in real time as your child is ignored while the teachers gossip and show disdain towards their chosen jobs. An infant cannot only lay on their back in a crib or on a rubber mat for 8 hours a day - with no toys or activities to engage in. Diaper changes are long overdue and feedings are more spread out than agreed upon. I want to have a childcare provider who enjoys children, not tolerates their job. I was promised daily tummy time, reading and other interactions. What I see unfold daily are sporadic changes, feeds and babies being placed in the crib on their stomachs. I have to wash the dried spit up from my infant's ears and back of their head at the end of the day because they lay in a pool of it without being attended to. Never again."
