"Many of the teachers are fantastic and truly love the children and love what they do, however there are some that are rude and dismissive of the children especially in the morning when kids are at their most vulnerable leaving their parents. The management has been in seeming chaos for months leading to high teacher turnover and staffing issues. While I feel that the daily experience of my kids is, on average, good and the teachers they have in particular are fantastic, I believe those teachers are making the best out of a very difficult situation and are burning out trying to do their best for their students. Overall it feels like some great teachers are struggling to make the best environment possible, while others don't really care and the management is struggling to find their footing."
"We really love the positive, caring and kind atmosphere of this school. All the teachers seem enthusiastic and capable. It took us awhile to get set up on the app and in a few others ways, but I expect that is normal, though the onboarding could have been a bit smoother with communication/prep."

"Overall we've had a positive experience at the school. The staff we have had communication with is friendly. There could be better communication. When my daughter changed classes, I didn't realize it happened and we haven't met her new teacher. Also, when contact tracing happened in her class, we were told to keep her home, but were not provided with any information about guidelines for her returning."

I need to get that fixed so I don't have to bother the front desk lady to swipe my credit card each week."
