"Overall good but I would love to see an increased focus on security. Often there is no one at the front office overseeing who is entering the building. There have been times the front door was just unlocked and anyone could have walked in. It does make me nervous. I would love to just see someone in the front office more but I know it’s been difficult with staffing lately."

"The Director and Teachers give everything they have to make this a great place for children to learn and thrive. As is seen in all industries involving education their passion and dedication to the children are severely under appreciated. You can really see this on the faces and general atmosphere (vibe) of the school. They’re trying so hard to give everything they have, but they look exhausted and beat down. Everyone, Directors and Teachers are working so hard to give our children the best they can, I admire them for it. I hope that the Corporation as a whole understands, without them on the front lines they would have no company. They deserve more pay, more help, better benefits and they need it now without hesitation. If they can’t do that then I would not be surprised to see the center close due to the sheer emotional and physical breakdown of every employee. Honestly I would respect those employees the same or more if they just locked the doors one day and didn’t return."

"The staff here is great. They've always treated our kids well and done the best they could with the resources available. La Petite as a whole needs to provide a safe outside play area and competitive compensation to staff. They're cheap and it's caused us to reevaluate staying there."

"Overall the curriculum is excellent for my oldest daughter as she has been doing well and has luckily had a consistent teacher from preschool to Pre-K. If it wasn't for Ms Rachel and the progress our daughter has made....we would have left already"

"The teachers and administration do such a good job in helping my child’s development and making him feel safe and secure. I absolutely love the live streaming and I’m borderline addicted to it. Many times I’ve seen children or my child upset on video and I’ll want to hug him through the screen! But then I’ll see a teacher console my child or another’s and it makes me feel secure and reassured that the staff cares for the children like they are their own. There can be no high enough value placed on that peace of mind. Thank you for all you do!"
