"The school it's doing its best to handle all the changes with the pandemic. However, we never get to see and talk to our child's teacher anymore and there's never time to discuss issues or learn about his time in the school. It's always rushed drop offs and pick ups and this has affected our confidence in the school. Us as parents need to have more contact with the teachers and virtual meetings should absolutely be an option. Right now, we feel like we put the child in for 8 hrs a day but have no idea what happens in there besides very few pics and meals updates from the app. The school has to come up with a better plan to keep communication lines open with the parents."
