"Teachers expressed genuine concern. The director's attitude appeared insincere. The child picked up very aggressive habits, and once he figured out how to open doors, he decided to run outside. Where were staff? Why was he not being watched? He was involuntarily disenrolled because of this. It appears as though someone didn't set boundaries with him at the school. We set boundaries with him at home, and he doesn't open doors and run away. I am bewildered by this."

"This was my first experience with daycare, and it was not a good one. I would gladly pay a higher weekly rate for a teacher that will treat my child with the love and care they deserve, and a director who cares enough to ask why I decided to withdraw my child from their care. Very disappointed."
