"In general my partner and I like the school. However, the teacher turnover is too high as well as the director turnover. There have been 4 directors since we started at the school in 2020. I'm not sure what the issue is but I'm concerned the management and ownership aren't attracting and maintaining great teachers with appropriate compensation. Another group of teachers recently left and we are concerned with the level of care our children will receive. For the cost of care, it is disappointing to see this turnover and makes us wonder where our money is going."

We consistently receive clear communication from Ms. Christine, Ms. Allison, and Ms. Julia to work as a partner with the teachers in supporting our preschool child. Our infant has flourished under the care of Ms. Leysa and Ms. Danielle and we love that he is happy to go in every day. Sending your children anywhere requires a huge amount of trust, and we have always felt comfortable with the environment and confident with the staff."

"We love the school and the teachers. Our only complaint is with the reliability of school. We understand that Covid caused many of the closures but we have also had to deal with delays and closures because of lack of heat, lack of electricity, and 1-2 inches of snow. As working parents it is incredibly difficult to navigate all of the unexpected closures. When we compare stories with other friends that have kids the same age, their childcare providers don’t seem to have these reliability issues. If similar unplanned closures continue to exist this winter, we may need to reassess if this is the right fit for our childcare needs."

Not a great mindset really….extremely elated for the new director and the change she is bringing for the better. Enjoy seeing the positive and gradual change she is bringing. 100% respect her experience and education related to not only education but more specifically the background in sped! THIS makes me even more motivated to stay with this school. Anyone that gets SPED is a super vote with me. Such a challenging field. If you have that? You’re good all the way around! Love the new “curriculum based communication” far beyond just the poopy diaper changes, food eaten, and a photo here and there. Yeah, we all like the photos, BUT….WHAT is she learning? That has been missing until now. MAJOR kudos for the new director in your change management skills and expertise in making the things that are important known."
