"Overall it's been a very good experience. With COVID, I've noticed that not all teachers have their masks on all the time. My oldest's teachers have spearheaded his potty training. While I think it's a little early developmentally, he does OK. At pickup my oldest is happy and super dirty. A lot of his clothes are permanently stained which is dissappointing. My youngest is in the infant class and seems happy and well cared for."

"We loved that La Petite not only took care of our child’s basic needs, but also had a beautiful, clean, welcoming environment and knowledgeable teachers. We love that they help her try new foods, and that she eats in a communal setting where she learns to use her utensils and clean up after herself. She loves to clean now, and seems to do well with socializing with other kids. When I was concerned about her speech, they had their SLP meet with me to discuss and reassure me. My daughter can do simple signs and will start dancing to songs she recognizes from school."

"I think the school suffered from lots of instability prior to Ms Joecella, Ms Brittany and Ms Kristen taking over. We've had FANTASTIC teachers and our daughter thrives when she is in school (COVID was rough, she regressed, and immediately bounced back when she was back in class) but we wish that we got more updates on her cirriculum through BrightWheel, that teachers were regularly updating the weekly learning plans, and that the plans were available online (not on bulletin boards by the classrooms since parents now stay only in common areas). We would like to know what she is learning so we can ask her and reinforce concepts, so we would like to see stronger partnering on that front, but we have no double that her teachers adore her and vice versa - we would just like to feel more involved. Also, with so many things closed, extra classes like Zumba and stuff really become a highlight and something fun/different that she can do at school. Thank you for taking programming seriously!"

"After experiences with a day care center that lots its license and an unreliable nanny, coming to La Petite was a breath of fresh air. The school is excellent in communicating, both via the Directors and individual teachers. My kid has a smile in her face when we walk into this place. We love it!"

"Overall, the teachers are good, but I do not understand why the stated policy on screen time (no TV unless parents are notified first) is broken all the time! It seems to be getting worse and my raising the issue has been ignored!"

There have been countless times that our child has come home with a new skill that they clearly learned at school. It is a great place that we fully trust and appreciate."

"Overall we love the teachers. I feel like it is a safe environment. Everyone is very friendly and the building is always very clean and taken care of. My transitions from one room to another have been a little rocky. Everyday for a few weeks I was told she was in a different room. They informed me of the transition, but didn’t really stick to a set schedule, it made drop offs challenging. This is a very minimal issue, but it could be worked on."

I also love summer camp for my daughter she is beyond thrilled to go to school and is having a blast and enjoy the teachers she has in it!"
