"I had a scheduled tour but did not have a person assigned to give us the tour when we arrived. We instead were brought to the infant room by a staff member to speak with one of the teachers. When we asked about the school's curriculum/schedules, we were directed to a poster on the wall and not given much detail on the care that our child would receive on a daily basis. Did not feel that anyone was prepared for our visit. Would recommend being more energetic and thorough with people who are interested in this facility for child care."
