"Experience has not been very good. My has been going to this school for a year. we had a several bad experience with teacher not notifying incidents occurred at the school. My son started learning bad words. Notifications through application is not good. Lack of management and communication. we have to involve director in many cases."

"Prior to this year I would have not hesitated to recommend this particular location. I am concerned that regional or executive management does not support the school to the degree required. I do feel that my child is safe and generally well cared for, but honestly not much beyond that. This hasn't always been the case and as I previously stated in the survey the location of the school is the only reason we have investigated other options. I see significant staffing issues at this school. This leads to the inconsistency in care that I have noted. "This is a great school with great administrators, teachers and staff. I am very pleased, and I am very particular and picky. And honestly, I'd rather receive fewer formal reports (precious status, incident reports) (although I like the pictures) so the teachers could use that time teaching the kids. I get all of the information I need speaking to the teachers and directors."

"Director didn't wait for me even though I had an appointment scheduled for a tour, I didn't get a brochure (the teacher did not have access to it), children seems to be unsupervised it was not the case because I saw the teachers but the place is so small and has so many little furniture and stuff that is crowded and loud."

"In my opinion this was the best tour we had out of every school we visited. We were promptly greeted and the school director was friendly and sincere. The facility was clean but very inviting. The school director was so knowledgeable, she was able to answer every question I had before I was even able to ask it. I liked how she explained processes, schedules, curriculums and let us explore and see the actual room where my child would be cared for. She introduced us to the teachers who were both completely professional and answered some of our questions as well. The tour included all of the rooms and we got to see each classroom in its various stages. Though it was cold out we could clearly see the outside enclosed play areas which also looked perfect. The end of the tour included a detailed and thorough enrollment explanation and we also got to view the online app the school utilizes to communicate with the parents. Overall we loved this facility."
