"I generally appreciate the friendliness and welcoming of the staff. I also like that they are accessible to catch up on kids daily activities etc. My main concern as mentioned above is with the cleanliness of the building. I will also love to see more empathy from the staff, it goes with very little things, promptly cleaning up kids' faces and tying up their shoe laces etc. Often, I see kids all smeared with running noses, visibly showing how long they've been unattended. It makes no sense trying to clean them up when their parents show up, they need it most all through the day to limit the spreading of the cold. I do appreciate all of your efforts and i say thank you to the staff for taking care of the kids. However, a little improvement in these areas would be most valuable. Thank you all."
