I understand it's been a challenging time with whatever happened with the previous director, but it still feels like the leadership may be struggling to get into a new rythm. The new director also has not introduced herself to me so I don't feel like I know the new faces in the school."

"Overall, a positive experience. My child has had some great teachers in the 3+ years he has attended. Unfortunately, the staff turnover has been much higher than I would expect and my child has never had a consistent Director or teacher in any of his classes from start to finish. The curriculum has been very good and I can see the positive development he makes year over year. He also has made a lot of friends at school. He comes home happy most every day and says good things; that’s what matters the most to me. I think the communication could improve. There seems to be a gap of information being passed between the teachers when their is a transition from one to another over the course of the day; too many times I have been asked to sign an incident report at pick up, but the teacher giving it to me isn’t the one who witnessed the incident and doesn’t know any of the details. Also, the tracking of daily statuses on the app are not consistent - some teachers do a great job; others do not."

"Overall I think this school is Great. My only issue is that the management there isn’t friendly at all. You can tell they are a bit frustrated from staffing issues. And disputes amongst them. It also feels like all they care about is getting paid on time. Which we do every single week …but it feels like they look at your child like a dollar sign and not like a human being. Also, I never see the director ever interacting with the kids ever. she always has this really uncomfortable unwelcoming face and a very stale greeting. But besides that The teachers & therapist’s are all top tier amazing so We won’t be leaving.. This is just my honest opinion and review of our experience so far."

"As a first time mom, I was so skeptical putting my baby in daycare, but I have been so happy with the school. The teachers taking care of my boy could not be any more amazing. It is so refreshing knowing that when I drop him off, he will be taken care of. They are so excited to see and work with him and they keep the app updated in real time. They always give me a rundown of how the day went and they let me know if there is anything new with him or if he needs anything. I also love they send lesson plans and have little activities in place and they decorate the room so nicely so it’s inviting to the parents too."

"Staff has always been friendly and flexible. It would be nice to hear a little more from the specific teachers on how our kids are doing as updates aren’t quite as frequent as I would prefer within the app. Overall, it has been a great experience and they have maintained a safe environment with only one quarantine period through the pandemic thus far."
