"The staff at La Petite are amazing. Andrea is incredibly kind and is so enthusiastic about providing our child with the best care. Miss Shannon is incredibly organized and is a delight to see each morning. Miss Stephanie and Miss Nancy work so hard and do so well caring for our child. We feel so relived and comforted knowing that our child is in such good hands while he is at daycare. The main reason we have stayed with La Petite is the staff."

"Absolutely love the director, assistant director, and there are some great teachers. However I am not happy at all with the district manager Shannon Ford. Tuition is very high considering that the school will turn away children if they are understaffed, which happens often. They can't keep good and dependable teachers because of treatment of staff by DM, and then there are staff that stay but they call in, come in late and leave early. It's kind of a mess, compared to my first impression of it being a high quality educational care facility for my young children"

"Since the director change I feel like our experience has improved. I feel like things are more organized and I feel more confident dropping off my child. Staff seems to genuinely enjoy seeing and caring for my child and he seems to enjoy being there. Staff has also been good with communicating issues as well as successes."

"In general, we are happy. When Dalynda and Shannon are there, the center runs like a well oiled machine. Dalynda and Shannon are so wonderful to interact with. Kathy, Ciara, and Michelle are absolutely wonderful with our son and very pleasant to chat with. When any of these people are present, it gives me peace of mind knowing my son is in good hands. They are like the dream team of daycares."

"I have enjoyed my interactions with several teachers and the directors of my school but overall they are unorganized and understaffed. They are frequently closing down classrooms or not accepting enrolled children due to staff issues. My child hasn’t been able to have close relationships with his teachers because my child is shuffled between classrooms and teachers based on staff issues. Some teachers do crafts and activities and others do not. I don’t feel like the directors were very honest with what my child’s experience would be. They say all the right things but it doesn’t come off as sincere when that isn’t what actually happens. I do feel that my child is safe at all times, but they describe all the enrichment and education plans when it seems like they are struggling to just keep a staff member in each room to supervise free play."

"Neutral to bad. If we could find another institution to watch our child we would. For the cost of this school, I would expect them to be open consistently, not closing for teacher days or providing a prorated charge for them, my child should not come home with injuries from another child. Severely lacking in quality when the price would suggest this is a fine school."

"I had an absolutely terrible experience with La Petite daycare center, and I would never recommend it to anyone. Despite being affordable, the care my child received was shockingly poor, and even after provided almost 4 months to respond the staff never and corporate La Petite never followed through past an initial message on a Google review and a phone call. My child was repeatedly attacked by another child, with staff taking far too long to intervene. Fine of course little ones can be unruly. However, I watched on camera as this happened multiple times, and staff took so long to respond we called. Then the office simply transferred the phone call to the room of the struggling teacher instead of assisting. No incident reports or documentation were ever given to me. My child eventually stopped eating for La Petite staff, so on the third day of no eating we went to pick her up early (we thought maybe she was sick.) Upon pick up our child was in a different classroom in a crib screaming her head off. Staff had no explanation for why accept she just seemed too tired to sleep on her cot. When we changed her at home we saw a bite mark on her stomach, and bruises on her legs. The center apologized, but didn't explain what happened, and never responded to my emails requesting more information. In fact, they showed complete disregard for my concerns after the initial apology. They never looked on their cameras to see what happened, and never told us what changes were being implemented to keep children safe or entertained. This led us to report the incident to the State of Indiana. We should have never gave La Petite such a long chance with our daughter. There were many red flags, such as police in the parking lot, an unkept dumpster, and staff not knowing my child’s name after 3 weeks. Trust me, don't make the mistake of sending your child to La Petite daycare center."
