"The experience overall has not been bad. The transition from the previous director to the new director has not been the smoothest but it’s getting there(I hope). Things are being done correctly (never knew it was wrong) but not with clear communication. Speak to parents using “dumbed down” language and not that corporate stuff. At least make it sound like it’s not scripted and you feel empathic as well. Nothing is a secret when it comes down to the safety and well being of our children and where the hard earn money spent is going (especially those of us that are paying full price). If it’s an activity week that I’m paying for I would like to see pictures of my child doing the activity daily (Gingerbread week activity which no pictures of what was done that week were received)."
"I would give this center a C. I don’t feel my children aren’t safe but we have had issues with communication between teachers and management. Our biggest problem would be with checking in my child in and out of the building when being taken to and from school. Also, we don’t get regular updates on diaper changes or trips to the toilet (youngest child is potty training). We don’t get assistance with potty training as the teacher has too many children to regularly take my child or any other child to the potty. The building is very old and needs updating. Nothing in that building seems new including the toys or materials for the children. The building is also very small. Not much room for the number of children in each class."

"Staff turnover has made this location go downhill. No consistency with teachers, no communication about the educational aspect of the school, and a general lack of caring by majority of the staff. My son has been sent home without underwear on when he had backups in his cubby. I have witnessed staff lash out with the kids. But above all else, I feel like my child is not getting the attention all children deserve. He is just another kids in their care. I strongly recommend getting staff that enjoys working with kids, because current staff don't seem to give a crap."

"Love it. Never had any major issue in the over 4 years I’ve had my kiddos there. If I’ve ever had any concerns it’s addressed (common kids issues not the teachers btw) I’ve literally made a point to keep my kids there even driving further when I have a daycare on my street because I honestly feel at ease knowing my kids are safe an I can go about work with that in mind. Always looking forward to events an parties they throw for the kids as well. Overall just a great experience and I always recommend them when asked."
