"I had a great experience with the tour. The facility itself was smaller than I am accustomed to. I did not like how you had to go through classrooms to get to other classrooms. Also, I was told incorrect information over the phone. When I scheduled the tour, the 1-800 number told me the registration fee was free during the month of August and the rate was a certain about a week. However, at the facility, I was given a higher price a week (only $4 though) and that the registration was not free at the time. Not a huge deal because I'd rather pay more to get a better facility but there is a lack of communication between the 1-800 call center and the locations. All and all, our child will be going there and we are very excited to start."
