"I can tell that my son really enjoys going to the daycare and overall I’m pretty happy with him there but I think there needs to be better communication. It bothers me that I was told I can bring him any day as long as he’s there by 9:30 before I signed up, and that I pay $325 a week for full time care every day, but that now I’m told now I have to let them know in advance what days he’s coming. Sometimes I just don’t know and if I’m paying M-F I should be able to take him M-F. I also was told about changes when he turned 1 so last minute that a lot of details were not communicated and it was not handled properly. I don’t feel like he’s given a lot of help with eating and because of it I have to make sure I pick him up by 2 because he hasn’t eaten anything since 8. He’s still getting use to sippy cups and solids so I wish there was more flexibility with allowing him to use a straw cup or helping him tip the cup."

"I have Had an incredible amount of conflict wit the morning manager Theresa, and apparently I’m not the only one. She doesn’t believe me when I tell her my child isn’t read for table food, and she blamed it on acid reflux and said I wasn’t trying hard enough. And then today she confronted me about why my baby didn’t have shoes. It’s never a “hey this change is coming” it’s “why haven’t you done this yet”. She’s made me cry a few times"
"Everything has been great since day one. We toured the facility before the pandemic happened and were hesitant to send her when my maternity leave ended, but after speaking with the staff several times I became more confident in sending her"
"I was very nervous about daycare and with this being my only child but the app helps me see what shes doing during the day and I recieve videos and pictures. If I need to talk to someone I can just message in the app and someone will respond. There is soon to be live streaming and I'm really excited about that."
