"I have had one of the best experiences at La Petite. On my sons first day we were greeted with open arms by everyone. Leaving my son in the care of others was extremely hard. But his teachers reassured me he would be ok. Not only have I enjoyed the experience with each of the teachers, also the ability to see my son throughout the day. Because I work I worried I would miss so much of his development but being able to live stream his activities throughout the day makes me feel like I am right there."

"We have had great experiences with core/lead teachers at this school. However, when a teacher who isn’t the lead is in charge (which happens often and for large parts of our child’s day) they are not consistent with the structure and routine the lead teacher practices."

"So for the high cost of this daycare center does not give you quality. The facility doesn’t not communicate at all. I had to reach out to the receptionist to know my child new classroom and teacher name. I had to ask her for information. I had to ask why my child wasn’t being potty trained. She told me they only do it upon request. I requested it and then they moved my kid to a classroom. No meet the teacher , no classroom orientation on how the cubbies process works . There was no potty training in this new classroom, there’s no lesson plan , no basic education on alphabet, color’s, numbers, nothing. But they did communicate that parent are not allowed to be late on payment. But they did communicate after my child ran out of diapers instead of days ahead of time. Overall it’s been wonderful if you like being even more stressed and having to worry about a fill in teacher around your kid who is super aggressive with children so you watch the live feed all day just waiting for the day she touches your child."

"My child transitioned to the toddler twos and ever since my experience has been less than what I expected. There was no communication from the facility on what classroom or teacher he would have , they put him in a classroom and started potty training because “I had to ask them to” then they changed classroom for him and stopped potty training him all together. They do no education from what I know. There’s no education on alphabet,colors, numbers no basics on communication other than reading a book daily. They send me no weekly lesson plans last one I received was over a month ago. They stated for me to pick up my child’s paperwork from his art folder as it has weekly important information. He doesn’t even have one. There’s not a folder listed with his name on it like he doesn’t even exist. I’m spending over $1300 for my child to play with toys all day . It’s been great"

"I like the school and curriculum overall but it has been hard the past few months with turnover. I feel as though my child may not getting the support he needs from the teachers. However there are a handful that I really enjoy. Miss Becky and miss Maddi in particular have been great"

"There has been an overall steady decrease in the qualify of leadership since our first child began at La petite 6 years ago."

"They are willing to reimburse if they are short staffed and you can keep your kid home however when we have 4 day weeks we still pay the full tuition."

"My main concern is staffing. We are seeing a lot of teachers leaving. Parents have been asked on multiple occasions if we are able to pick our children up early/keep them home due to staff shortages. We pay a lot of money a week for our children to be cared for, and yet I have seen a lot of turnover in the short time I have been here. Maybe an increase in pay to encourage employee retention is due."
