"Director has lost touch with staff and families. She has lost control of her staff and turnover rate is very high. Our children are lacking consistency and continuity."

"Extremely frustrated by extra fees on top of already exorbitantly expensive tuition. Ridiculous to have to pay $20 extra for classroom birthday parties and $70 a semester for pre K. Also the percentage of annual tuition increases are high. There are childcare centers with all their teachers having bachelor or master degrees that don't charge as much as this center."
