"We let my daughter stay home with us for a while after the birth of our son. It was amazing how much she missed school, and the routines established by her teachers for her and her classmates. We noticed a definite shift in her confidence during those few weeks, and decided it would be best for her to attend daycare for the remainder of my maternity leave. She started back in a different class than she left, and the transition was difficult for the first couple of weeks. All of of her teachers, including ones from her previous rooms, went above and beyond in helping her readjust to being away from home during the day. The love and care my daughter has received from all of the staff at La Petite has blown me away. I had no doubts about where to enroll my son, when we found out we were expecting a second child. I’m am so thankful for tbe partnership in care I feel has been established for me and my kids."

"Ms. Joanne has done a fabulous job improving La Petite. Before her start, I had considered leaving because of high turnover and inconsistent care givers. She has turned it completely around has been able to keep some wonderful staff. She is enthusiastic and hires staff that share her enthusiasm for the kids. She is always working to try to bring in programs for the kids."

"My kids go the the La Petite in Kingwood Tx. I can not say enough great things about this place. For several years we have had our children here and I feel more than comfortable each day dropping them off. When I had my daughter, I was visited in the hospital by one of the teachers who took care of my son when he was an infant, and she was so eager to have her in her class. This little above and beyond is just one of the reasons I love it here. My kids never want to leave when I come to get them, and that says a lot. Definitely recommend! "

"My general experience has been very positive. I do not have a very high opinion of the sensitivity of the corporate level to the parent experience, given the rules they've handed down and enforced with given reasons that make no sense at all. For example, saying milk has to already be in the individual bottles to reduce food handling is a bit ridiculous in the infant room, where the majority of food has to be handled. I had assumed the reason for demanding parents do this step was to reduce time in preparing the bottles so teachers could be more responsive to infants on demand, but when I suggested this reason I was told it was because of food handling. I was floored. Who comes up with these things? It makes me wonder if anyone who makes these rules has had a baby in the last 10 years."

"I have had my first and now second child attend the Kingwood La Petite over the course of several years. I have seen a few directors come and go and am ecstatic that Ms. Joanne has been director for the past few years. I realize that the school meets state requirements for student/teacher ratio, but I still wish the ratio were a little lower. The folks at the facility are fantastic, but even they only have one set of eyes and it is difficult to keep up with what is going on with so many kids no matter how awesome the person is. At the same time, costs are high and when we have another family addition it is a serious consideration as to whether it would be better to raise our kids at home or pay to have others raise our children. It is already a difficult decision but the folks at the Kingwood La Petite make it an easier decision to continue working and have our child attend the school. They are a wonderful group of ladies who are nurturing and kind and show sincere interest in the well-being of my family."

"I chose this school because of Ms. Joanne & Renysha's positive outlook and their wisdom. Having a socially lagging child, they gave me hope and consistent input on how we can, as a team, help my son grow.
