"Maria was very warm and friendly. She welcomed us and remembered our unborn daughter's name. I appreciated her and the friendliness of the other teachers as well!"
"The people there are generally very caring and we feel our children are safe there which is very important. We know child care is very difficult work and we deeply appreciate the commitment and love of the staff. There are issues with the teacher to child ratio in the morning though these seem to be improving in recent months. Drop off can be hard because it can be with a different person many days of the week and that is tough for shy kids. I would really like to see the school serving organic food and using recycling, compost and eating ware that isn't made of plastic. We need to teach our kids to care for the environment from an early age. Many schools in Kirkland are making a point of these practices and it's becoming a standard expectation of child care to include environmental education and sustainable practices on site. Thank you for listening, for your hard work, for caring for our kids and always striving for improvement. It is DEARLY appreciated!"
"I really enjoy taking my daughter to this school. I think everyone is professional and friendly. I love that the school provides food and diapers and lots of toys. I would like to see an updated weekly plan of activities to be more aware of what my daughter is learning and how we can support that at home. We wish there was an environment more conducive for naps but also understand that a lot of regulation prevents this."

"Tami is too busy and overwhelmed. She has too many students or not enough qualified staff to help her or all of the above. The place felt dirty, there were dishes on the floor in the tub, the kitchen was messy, areas smelled poopy and she seemed more eager to enroll for money than for my child's well being.Never recommend this location to anyone and it should NOT be associated with those Redmond Childtime."
"When we enrolled, and still now, the operations seems disorganized. Hear a wide variety of things from different people, hard to get a straight answer on anything from folks in charge. However the teachers in the infant room have been wonderful!! So sweet and caring. They just need to work on organization in the front office."
"The school has responded to problems certain problems/concerns after I have brought them to their attention however some of these things should not have gone unnoticed & that is a concern"

"I thought everyone was nice and welcoming. The facilities were very clean and organised. The children all seemed to be happy and well-supervised."
"We have been at this school since our child was 6 months old. We use to love it, but it has changed over the last year and it has been very frustrating."
"The overall experience was very good with the school. I like the fact that there is plenty of space for kids to play and the curriculum which was told while touring was the key. Although i think developing reading abilities for kids will be a plus( if i have not missed it already in the curriculum :) ).The security of kids was the biggest highlight. I like the fact that everything is online. A very small note will be that it may improve on a bit of cleanliness inside the classroom. Thanks for having us for the tour."

"We have loved the teachers at this school! They are warm, caring, and truly engaging with our daughter. We are not happy with the administrative side of the center. The director has poor communication and consistency hasn't been a priority."

"The teachers have all been extremely nice to talk to and they really do care about the kids. The educational programs are great and really helped the kids go into kindergarten on the right foot. I do wish the director would get off her high horse at times and just level with the parents and the employees. Ms. Marie, Ms. Amelia, Ms. Angie, and Ms. Khaila have all been great to my kids. The kids talk about them at home and they have a really great bond with those teachers. I believe it's because of their dedication to their jobs."
