"The directors have flakey and unsupportive. We were quoted 100 dollars under tuition and we didn’t know until we were charged. When our son left for kindergarten they over charged us and it only got sorted because we called. When our kids started, we had to miss a full day of work because we were not given a list of items to bring with them the first day. No calendar for Kona ice or water days, etc. There is no communication and even when there is, it is fully loaded with condescending and reproachful energy. I would love to start over with the staff but every time we try to talk to someone it is never made a priority. And honestly it always feels like a speech to make us feel bad and see how they’re actually right all along. I am on my cell phone so I apologize for any typos or errors. I love 75% of the staff and the facility itself is safe and clean. It’s just the culture that has fundamental flaws that start with higher management down."

"The ladies have been amazing at this school. My child was having behavioral issues while adjusting to new baby in the household, and she would wait until she got to school to act out. Weeks went by of her distracting the class and despite her enrollment being almost terminated at point, they continued to work with her at daycare while I was working with her at home. I am grateful that they didn’t give up on her!"

"This facility needs some major TLC and updating. There is rotting wood at the entrance, this facility has an unwelcoming smell and the restroom smells like a dead animal lives in there. It's shocking that floors are slippery and wet during main traffic pick up time. This facility needs to hire professional cleaners, not the teachers during school hours and classroom time."

"The staff has ben very inviting. They always kep me informed and update the Brightwheel app. The udates keep me informed throughout the day so I can address any issue immediately (aka food issues). It makes me feel more involved with my kids daily activities and not so much like I'm missing a huge part of each day! The satff takes the time to know the kids individually making drop-offs easier and the kids more excited about going! Overall I'm extremely impressed!"
