"La Petite has been a wonderful place for my children to learn and play. The staff are absolutely wonderful and treat my children as their own. If there has ever been an issue, it has always been handled with urgency. I will always recommend La Petite to anyone who is looking for child care as they treat you like family."

"In general, when we first started, great experience all around. Unfortunately, not so much the case now. Some of the teachers look so miserable - get a new job then. Maybe childcare isn’t the career path they should go down. The only thing I care about is having compassionate, caring teachers watch the kids. Not even just my kids, ALL the kids. There are some great teachers who have stuck around and I praise them. I think it’s great when teachers give you some type of in person interaction when picking up the kids - a quick rundown of how the kids day went, especially if the child isn’t verbal yet. Literally can be a minute or two (Ms. Adriana and Ms. Rachel are great at this!). This location is less than 10 minutes from my work, so it’s super convenient. The management team is great and easy to talk to. I love being able to live stream, especially with all the child abuse cases at daycare in the news. I do think some of the teachers need more training, especially in early childhood development/physiology."

"Love our school and staff! Always positive experiences. I would like to see more safety protocols in place to protect my child in light of all the school shootings. Classroom doors should be locked from the hallways not just outside doors, ballistic tint on all glass especially the front doors. I wrote to the corporate email and my concerns weren’t even considered or discussed. This was disheartening. Otherwise my specific school is great and staff does a great job."

"It was going really well for the first year or so, but recently there have been some things going on that make us doubt we will stay. We’re unsure if it’s a lack of staffing or funding or bad management. My children get sent home often for mysterious illnesses. They have had symptoms at school, then when we pick them up they are miraculously better but we are still obligated to take them home. Also, they advertised no diaper/wipe fees but started charging us extra for diapers last month with no notification. When we asked about the fees we were just told they had always been around. Which is untrue, we can prove it with our payment statements. If it’s staffing or funding just be honest, don’t try to lie and cover it up. As parents, it doesn’t make us very confident that our children are being taken care of to the best of their ability."

"The first two classes my child was in, the teachers were FANTASTIC! They had great attitudes, did not seem frustrated or stressed out. The school leadership is amazing as well. I only want to leave my child with positive, friendly caregivers. Like I’ve noted before, Ms. Elyza (and the other floaters) are amazing. I completely trust them with my child. I don’t trust Laura - she plays favorites with the class, always seems like she’s yelling and frustrated constantly. She can never say a greeting, even when I initiate it. She’s an ****, excuse my language. My anxiety is at an all time high whenever my child is at daycare now."
