But the ones who have been there a while look lazy now.Too much play time in my opinion. But the learning time is just tracing or workbook exercises. I understand there's a lot of kids, so it's hard to do one-on-one time. But if that's the case, then I would do more group exercises or group games for counting, alphabets, and problem solving.I might even consider playing a kids movie that shows the benefits of working together.I would also play games outside that involve counting or critical thinking skills, and then the other kids that don't want to do it can play other games outside.Maybe give out prizes for kids who participate.Finally, I would think about doing more quite time, because sometimes it feels like some kids are just screaming for no reason."
