Rachel toured me and had me sold minutes after I walked in. It was very evident that she and Christa made a great team and were running an excellent program. I still feel this way about them and definitely feel as if they still play a HUGE role in my decision to stay at LPA. I have also loved the teachers we have had the pleasure of working with, and appreciate that so many of them have been there for years, I think that speaks volumes to how they value their jobs. Having worked at a daycare center in Lexington years ago, I LOVE that LPA focuses on teachers with/working towards a degree related to childcare, and that teachers are compensated above industry standards. This was a huge selling point for me knowing that the teachers would not only be more qualified, but also that there would be less staff turnover! Nothing but good things to say all the way around from our experience!"
