"Overall it has been mediocre. When we first toured the location we felt very welcome, and the director has been pretty nice. However it does feel like she is two faced and very nice to your face and the second you leave she bad mouths you. I admit there is no direct evidence of this, but it is a strong feeling. The teachers are changing frequently in the classroom and the one that has been around the most is very young and doesn't have much experience. The inconsistency in the classroom can have a negative effect on the children. This place is not terrible, if it was I would not have my child there. But there is definitely room for improvement. It is somewhat affordable and they could fit my child in on the days I needed."
"For a majority of the time our experience has been good. There is a very high turnover rate which is hard but there are several great teachers who we have loved along the way. Ashley Fessler, Samantha Puryear, Rachel Schaefer, Kim Schell, McKenna (unsure of last name), Lauren Carrasco. When our daughter is with one of them things are great and we can tell she is actually learning. However when they hire new staff it doesn't seem as though they are prepared enough to go into the classroom and they are just thrown to the wolves. Within the last 3 months the environment and atmosphere has completely changed. We never see the director and the few times we do she is rather rude. Neither me or my husband feel comfortable asking her questions. This is one of the main reasons we will be looking for another daycare to take our daughter. As a director you should make parents feel comfortable going to you and expressing their concerns. We have also had a few instances where we did bring concerns to her attention and nothing was ever done about those. For example paying for a party package so our daughter could celebrate her birthday with her friends. This was missed and forgotten about twice! I understand a lot of this falls on the teacher but the director Melissa didn't do anything to even follow up after the first time nor make it seem like this was a big issue and she cared. We are very disappointed with the school and turnover in the last 3 months. Our daughter needs to be getting prepared for kindergarten and we need a school that can provide this."
"Not as good as we imagined. In a year he has gone through over 5 teachers, is moved from room to room for staffing issues that is affecting his learning and development. Seems more like a free for all play time then actual pre-school program."

"We have had a great experience with this La Pe***e. Melissa is very flexible when our schedule has to change due to work. Our daughter recently moved up to a different cl***room and handled the transition with ease thanks to the teachers in both her new and old cl***room. I would recommend this school to any parent!!"

Turn over is my biggest complaint and why we have thought of leaving. That being said, I have always felt my child is safe and taken care of. My oldest was prepared for Kindergarten when it was time. The location and hours are convenient."

We had a so-so experience with our previous provider so we tried out La-Petite and would do it a million times over again. We appreciate the fact that our child has the same Teacher on a daily basis and they seem to truly care about his comfort and happiness as well as his education and social skills. Overall I would highly recommend this academy and will keep our kid in the school until he starts Kindergarten."
