"Overall, I really appreciate the school and everything the teachers and director do. The only problems we have had are with communicating policies and procedures with the school. For example, during our first tour, we were told x about drop off and pick up, then were given different information once we started (specifically, the hours of 6a-6p were not actually available, rather, we were asked to choose a set of hours we would bring our baby). Another example is the meal prep. When we did a tour, we were told the teachers would prepare formula for the babies, however, once we started, the parents were required to prepare the bottles (pre-COVID). It would be great to have more clear outlines of the policies and procedures so we can all have accurate expectations."
