"The school director is fabulous and the teachers for the most part are great, however there seems to be a current staffing issue and they do not seem to communicate well with each other. They sometimes move my child up or down a level for the day and I have not been told why or been given a heads up that this is happening. They do not send over her diapers when they move her so she is not being put in the diapers we provide."

"I’m happy with the experience I’ve had so far except for the fact that there was a price increase last year and it was not communicated with the parents as well as a price increase I saw today (3/29/23) that was also not communicated. It would be nice to know that the price is increasing ahead of time so that preparations can be made."

"The administrators do not care about any concerns and argue when something is brought up. It’s so bad that we’ve stopped trying addressing some things because there is no point. Their interactions are based on their moods that day and many times they are downright rude. Several teachers have this demeanor as well. The mobility of at least one teacher is questionable also and we’re worried that in an actual emergency she won’t be able to get up and get to the child in a timely manner. The actual lead teacher in my sons class is amazing. He’s learned so much from her, she cares about the kids, she communicates, and she’s friendly. The only reason we’ve stayed at this daycare is the waiting lists and cost of others in the area are too long and we can’t afford. Also, the location is the most convenient."

"Mrs. D and her staff are amazing. They truly care about the kids and you can tell that within a week of being at the facility. Both of my kids are very attached to their teachers and know and like all the floating teachers also. I have seen so much growth in my children's development since being at La Petite. I love how they classify kids not only because of age but also take into account their development so the kids are not set up to fail but are also not held back. They are great problem solvers and quick to react when something happens. Nothing happens in that building that Mrs. D doesn't know about. The fact that my kids feel safe and enjoy being there and will leave my arms for their teacher and the communication between staff and parents lets me know my kids are being well taken care of when I am at work."

"Effective October 21, 2022, I removed my son from the facility because he did not feel safe or comfortable. He was getting picked on by the Director (dejuanna), Assistant Director (Mrs. Meosha) and by male staff member (Yurik). My son came home on several occasions in tears being Yurik threw something at him or he would throw my son's books. The directors would yell and scream at my son so much that his is easily startled. His time at La Petite is very damaging for him."

"I have appreciated almost every teacher my daughter has come in contact with. I love that she has friends and seems mostly content. We have not had issues until June when she transitioned to a new room, where the teacher is kind to the children but seems to be unable to provide thorough and timely diaper changes."
