"This school used to wonderful until a change in director, assistant director, and new teachers have changed everything. The school is no longer a warm and welcoming environment that I trust leaving my child at. Instead, I worry for her safety and the behaviors she is learning, as her classroom is often out of control when I pick her up in the evening. I would no longer recommend the school and we are sad to say that we no longer feel comfortable having her there. We are leaving in the next few weeks."
