"The management is the worst part of this school. They seem careless, cruel, entitled, racist and ALWAYS trying to correct themselves OVER EVERY LITTLE CONCERNS!!!!!

The staffs are burn out, the place is dirty and it seemed as if they don’t ever do wet cleaning since it’s always dusty.
The children are running around with wet/full diapers and they don’t even clean kids faces and hands after eating/playing/painting.

Come on, at least have little respect to the children as they all depend on the caregivers.

"We were a bit hesitant to send a very little baby to a daycare (we didn't have a good experience with a different daycare in the past for one of our children). We weren't sure whether he would be taken care to the level we were hoping for. However, we see that he is receiving a lot of attention from his teachers and he is happy! It took him a few weeks to adjust and we are so glad we chose La Petite! Thank You for the love, attention, and care!"

"General experience has been on the poor side mostly due to the comments I have already made. In addition, communication between management and parents is poor. For example, we got notice of a fee AFTER it had been applied to our account."

"I believe our school could be great if we had a director who treated the teachers with the up most respect and was able to keep a fully functioning staff. It’s appalling to see the constant flow of teachers coming and going, most staying for only a few months. Sometimes we are notified of their upcoming departure, other times we’ve only realized a teacher has left when we haven’t seen them in awhile or their picture is not on the wall."

"We used to have amazing teacher who’ve spent years at this school and now there is a high turn over rate. Teachers are unsatisfied. They are burnt out and they are not teaching in the classes they used to teach because of short staffing. They are burdened buy the lack of staff and are disciplined when they use leave. We’ve lost tooo many amazing teachers since the staffing director had arrived."

"It is ok not to bad. My kid is just sick constantly which is normal being around other kids. But what grinds my gears is her constantly getting exposed to COVID and pinkeye."

"It's impossible to overstate how much reassurance the livestream cameras give us! We know that our child is happy and being cared for, because we can see it for ourselves throughout the day. Being able to watch his development and getting a glimpse at his blossoming friendships has been wonderful, and makes the whole process of sending him to daycare easier."
